From the initial stages to completion, we offered support every step of the way. Custom designing the variable geometry components, inlet structures, propulsion systems, and supporting safety testing, passenger layout accommodations, and stress analysis for confident commercial development.
Reliable Robotics - Autonomous Aviation
Our services integrated an autonomous system into a General Aviation (GA) aircraft, with automated flight controls, high-torque actuators, and remote brake systems.
Koenigsegg - Gemera Supercar
Elegantly designed the rear-end structure to withstand extreme performance and Improve manufacturability. Includes novel emergency exit mechanisms that pass full CAE (crash analysis) for top-of-the-line safety, as well as innovative pneumatic/hydraulic engine technology.
ICON AIRCRAFT - Sea Plane
Creativity designed and integrated the landing gear, fuel systems, doors, propulsion, flight control, engine mounts, cooling systems, propeller integration, and environmental control systems for this very unique sea plane. We diligently led the balance, weight, and safety analysis prior to aircraft manufacturing.
Boeing - A160 Autonomous Helicopter
We offered full systems support for this helicopter, from bare airframe design, avionics assemblies, and calibration procedures. We also coordinated ground and flight simulations, health monitoring software, and flight testing.
